Summer Plans

I have been waiting to share some really, really big news! I am officially going to be interning for the absolutely amazing photographer Max Wanger and his beautiful wife Margaux in Los Angeles over the summer. I am beyond honored and excited to learn more about running a successful photography business from one of the BEST in the industry.

When I'm not working for Margaux and Max, and obviously photographing as much as possible, my summer days will be spent on the beautiful Cali beaches. I'm in the middle of apartment searching right now. It's a bit stressful, especially since I am not in LA to look, so I am luckily that my beautiful best friend Walker from Marigold Dreams is there to check out possible apartments for me!

I can barely contain my excitement. I'm making a list of all the things to do and see while I am in LA for the summer. Checking out this absolute DREAM of a lomography store is at the top of my list. Two stories and 17,000 lomo images decorating the walls. Hello heaven!

Aaand I haven't even mentioned one of the best parts yet! Right now my boyfriend and I are 516 miles apart. Over the summer that will shrink to a measly 142 miles!

Good things are really coming my way lately. I've found my passion in life, the love of my life, and am truly starting to LIVE my life. I am so blessed.

Any suggestions for things to do/see/photograph while I'm in LA?! I'd love suggestions!!
